How to Get Started
It’s easy! After filling out the online form in online banking, we will verify your information is up-to-date. If your information needs to be updated, your branch will contact you. Once you’ve been enrolled, you’ll be sent an email letting you know it has been completed and to call us to receive your sign on information. Enroll today! (Please note that First Bank will not e-mail sign on IDs and passwords.)

If you are already enrolled in online banking and would like to add bill pay, please contact First Bank's Electronic Banking Department during regular business hours at (907) 228-4446 or toll free at (888) 220-4446 if you are calling outside the Ketchikan area. You may also send us a message through your online banking, requesting it to be added.

Mobile Deposit

  • Deposit checks anytime, anywhere from your mobile phone

Important: When you endorse your check for mobile deposit, with a signature or business name (if a business account) please also write "For Mobile Deposit Only at First Bank.”  This will ensure the deposit is not rejected.

Mobile Deposit Limits 

Consumer: $5,000 Daily Limit

Business: $10,000 Per Deposit Limit and $20,000 Daily Limit

How to Enroll1

To sign up for eStatements you must be enrolled in Online Banking. Simply log in to Online Banking and select Statement from the menu on the left side of the page. You may also contact the Electronic Banking Department at (907)228-4446 or toll free at 1-888-220-4446.

1Only the primary account holder may request eStatements through Online Banking. Statements for loans, including mortgages are not available at this time.

Whether it's a large transaction, low balance warning, or a reminder for upcoming payments, our alerts keep you informed and in control.

Below are some of the most common types of alerts

  • Card Alerts - Receive an alert for every debit card or ATM transaction over the threshold you designate
  • Transaction Alerts - Configure an alert customized for various transactions on your account, Specific Check Number has cleared, Interest Paid on account and others.
  • Deposit Alert - Set an alert to let you know when a Deposit posts to your account.
  • Balance Alerts - Set an alert for when your Balance is above or below a designated amount
  • Loan Alerts - Alerts to indicate when a Loan Payment posted, or set a reminder for when a Loan Payment is due.
  • Transfer Alerts - Set an Alert for when a transfer over or under the threshold amount occurs.
  • Security Alerts - Get notified when Online Banking Password has been changed or address has changed to protect against fraud.
  • Scheduled Alerts - Many alerts such as Balance alerts can be configured to be delivered to you based on the schedule you set.

  • To access Alerts in Online Banking - sign in to your Online Banking Account and click on the Alerts Button in the left-hand Navigation Bar
    * To access Alerts in Mobile Banking Access- sign in to the Mobile Banking App and click the "manage alerts" link
